For information on writing a literature review can be found on the Purdue University's Online Writing Lab (OWL)website:
To find articles to base your review on, you can use our library databases. For business topics, EBSCO and ProQuest are probably best. Here are instructions to access EBSCO:
Journal Articles - EBSCO Database
Go to our library web page at www.saintleo.edu/library (or select the library tab from the my.saintleo.edu portal, or the library link from your online class side bar).
Click on Find an Article, under “Quick Links.”
Select EBSCO; this will take you to the EBSCO login page.
If prompted to log in, enter your SLU username [first name.last name] and the password that you use for your SLU email.
Select All EBSCOhost Reference Databases.
Check the boxes next to Academic Search Complete and any other databases that seem relevant to your topic.
Click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
Click on Advanced Search under the search box.
Scroll down the page and check the boxes Full-Text and Scholarly, Peer-Reviewed , if desired.
Enter your search terms, separating phrases by AND, OR, or NOT and then click on “Search.”
Click on the “PDF Full Text” or “HTML” icons to view the article.
If you don't get the results you're looking for, or too many, try other relevant terms.
