Call the Registrar's information line at (352) 588-8233 for information about how to order an official transcript, loan deferment or enrollment verification. The fax number to request transcripts is (352) 588-8656

Official Transcripts The Registrar maintains student’s academic records and provides all official transcripts. Requests for transcripts must include the student’s signature (required by the Family Rights and Privacy Act of 1974). The transcript is printed on security paper and bears the signature of the Registrar.

Transcripts are $7.00 per copy. There is a $32.00 additional fee for overnight delivery. Overnight delivery is available Monday through Thursday. Normal processing time can take up to 3 days.

The University will not provide a transcript of transfer credit until you have successful completed course work at Saint Leo University. Students must be financially clear at the time of the request. It may take up to ten additional working days for students who are clearing financial obligations at the time of their request.

Transcripts requests may be held until degree conferral has been completed if indicated on the request.
