Sorry you’re having problems with EasyBib. I called and left messages at both your phone numbers, but you weren’t available so I will try to help you via this message.

 

1.       Re-Register with EasyBib using this link, and your Saint Leo University email.

2.       Why? If  you registered using your personal email and without going through a "proxied" link that tells EasyBib you are actually a Saint Leo University student,  EasyBib doesn’t know you’re one of our legitimate SLU users. If you accessed the program from our page but you aren’t seeing the “pro for institutions” in the logo area at the top of the screen, you are not in our subscription. Do NOT pay them anything extra. We already are paying for your upgraded access, which includes ALA, MLA, Chicago/Turabian, and a number of other support features (outlines, eNote cards, printable tipsheets, etc.). Try re-registering.

4.       So, with that said, did you finish the sign-up, close your browser (and all its tabbed windows), maybe even clear cache/history/cookies, then go back to our page and try logging in again? That might resolve the problem, since a cookie was set on your machine when you first accessed the sign-up screen at EasyBib and that cookie indicated that you were a non-subscribing visitor…darned cookies! LOL
