Q. I can't login to the databases. I'm getting a "file not found" message.

If you have special characters in your password, you will have to change your password on the my.saintleo.edu homepage. Or if you are an alumni taking a class, you may still be listed as an alumni, which would prevent you from accessing our databases. If this is the case, please contact our tech. specialist, at christopher.wiginton@saintleo.edu or 352-588-7206. Otherwise, please make sure you aren't typing in your email address in the username box.
