Select the Insert tab, then table and move the cursor to the amount of rows and columns you need. Then click inside the table to access the Tools. You can then select Design and you will see various tables. To the right of the tables, click on the down arrow button with the line (for more). Hover the cursor over the various tables until you see the one you want.
