Q. How do I search for books by subject or topic? I need a book on the industrial revolution

To search by subject or topic:

1. Go to the library catalog (WorldCat)
2. Type in the topic or subject terms you are looking for.
3. Once you get a list of results, narrow your results to book using the filters on the left hand side.

There are a lot of books written about the Industrial Revolution, including:

Some search terms might include "Industrial Revolution" but, if you want to limit information to a specific country or continent, you might also want to include that as well.
