Good Evening:
Thank you for letting me know, and for the copy of the email. May I include it in our LibAnswers bank of answers/solutions that all may see?
Viki,
Yes you may use it. If it can help other folks use the Library more fully and efficienctly, then all the better! I have cc’d my professor, Dr. Marc Pugliese, because he really promotes use of the Library’s resources and this question may pop up to him as well.
Thanks again,
Tim
All,
Okay, like Ed, I had a recent issue that had never come up for me before. I had several eBooks checked out and went to check out another one and EBSCO politely informed me that we can only check out three at a time.
We can only check them out for 7 days and normally the time expires and it’s of no consequence. But if you are done early and want to clear your checkouts to browse others you have to have a way to return one.
I looked about the EBSCO site and could not figure out any way to return a checked-out book. I looked at the EBSCO Help and it showed how to check out and download an eBook, but nothing about how to return one. So, I initiated a chat with the Library and was put in touch with Viki Stoupenos.
Viki did not know how to do an early return because she has unlimited access and the issue had not come up for her before, but she said that she would look into it. Within one hour of my request for information she sent me a Youtube video that easily explains the process through Adobe Digital Editions. I tried it, it is very simple, and it works. Here is the link to the video that she sent:

A huge thank you to Viki Stoupenos!

God bless
