The professor for SOC-327 said that the URLs must be present in ASA if the information is on the internet. If you had to have a subscription to get it (for example, ProQuest), you don't have to have them. Always follow what your professor tells you about how they want a citation style to look, regardless of the manual. The APA and MLA manuals make it very clear that the professor has the final say.
