You are probably using Word online rather than having Word downloaded on your computer.
This is easy to fix. YouTube video step by step
- Log into OKTA
- Click on the button for Office 365
- Click YES to continue
- Click the button to install Office (top right corner)
- Once in is done downloading, open your new copy of Word
- The Zotero tab should appear.
- When all else fails . . . RESTART your computer. This usually fixes the issue.
