Please follow the instructions below to reset your password if you're having issues logging into any Saint Leo system:

1. To reset password and log into your Saint Leo account, first navigate to saintleo.okta.com and click on the link below the sign in boxes "Need help signing in?"

2. Then you would click "Forgot password?"

3. This should take you to a screen giving you some options for resetting your password.

If you do not have your SLU ID please contact the Office of the Registrar at (352)588-8233 during normal business hours as this cannot be provided via email.


The answers are case sensitive. If you create a security answer with a capital letter, you will need to capitalize it if you need to answer the security answer in the future.


For further assistance you'll need to call the Saint Leo Help Desk at (352)588-8888.

If you lock yourself out during this process, you will have to contact the Department of Information Technology Helpdesk at (352)588-8888 during normal business hours.
